These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mera Mitra Services mobile application, website and related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Mera Mitra Services operates as an online marketplace that connects users seeking home utility services (such as AC repair, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and cleaning) with independent third-party service providers (“Service Partners”) across Uttar Pradesh, India.
We act only as an intermediary between customers and Service Partners. The actual services are provided by the Service Partners, who operate as independent contractors and not as employees, agents or representatives of Mera Mitra Services.
To use most features of the Platform, you must register and maintain an active account, provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

By placing a booking request, you authorise us to share your relevant details with a Service Partner to provide the requested service at your location and time, subject to availability.
Service descriptions, estimates and timings are provided for convenience and may vary based on actual conditions. The quality, safety and completion of services are primarily the responsibility of the Service Partner, although we strive to onboard and verify partners for your safety.
Charges for services will be displayed before you confirm a booking, or communicated by the Service Partner. Prices may vary based on service type, complexity, spare parts and additional work.
Payment may be collected online through supported payment gateways or directly in cash to the Service Partner, depending on options available in your area. If online payments are enabled, you agree to provide valid payment details and authorise the applicable charges.
Cancellation policies may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Any specific cancellation or rescheduling terms communicated at the time of booking will form part of these Terms for that booking.
If you register as a Service Partner, you agree to provide accurate business and contact information, comply with applicable laws and maintain the necessary tools, skills and licences for services offered.
You are solely responsible for the services you provide, including quality, timelines, safety, pricing and taxes. You agree to treat customers fairly and professionally and to avoid any misconduct or misuse of customer information.
Users may be allowed to rate and review services. Such content reflects the views of individual users and not of Mera Mitra Services. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading or violates these Terms or applicable laws.
All content, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Mera Mitra Services and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
While we aim to connect you with reliable Service Partners, we do not guarantee that the services will always meet your expectations or be free from errors, delays or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mera Mitra Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or services.
Our total aggregate liability, if any, for direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the specific booking or service most directly related to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mera Mitra Services, its owners, employees and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Platform or engaged in activities that may harm us, other users or Service Partners.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
